We offer a variety of stress reduction classes. Listed below are two ongoing exercise programs:
Stress Reduction Taught by Morningside Gardens resident Marjorie Nissen, this class combines stretch and toning up with Qigong, using gentle movements and working with energy.
Breath Awareness Meditation Led by Morningside Gardens resident, Gregory Darling, meditation brings awareness, centering, and a feeling of peace.
