Our nurse, Stacia Steen, provides healthcare management, physical assessments, home evaluations, hospital coordination and much more. The New Old Age Blog of The New York Times interviewed one of our residents, who described the nurse's services as follows: "A couple of years ago I got the flu and Marie” – the nurse – “came to see me every day. Called the doctor, got the prescription, brought the medication. Made sure I was drinking properly. If not for her, I would have had to go to the hospital. She keeps an eye on us."
