As you already know, many of our "in-person" programs have been suspended because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. BUT... some of our classes/programs are now being conducted "online". In our efforts to continue serving our residents during the Pandemic, we have arranged to conduct some of our programs "virtually", or "on-line" using the easy-to-learn internet conferencing service called "ZOOM". Some of you may already be familiar with Zoom, but some are not. An easy video tutorial on how to use Zoom can be found at the bottom of this page.
Joining any of our "online" programs is as easy as having a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone, using your webcam (either built-into your device, or the kind that plugs into your computer). You don't even need to have the ZOOM software installed into your device to attend -- all you do is click a single link we provide and follow the easy on-screen instructions.
Below is a list of programs we are currently conducting online. Each program listed below has a "Zoom Meeting Link" in the description. If you want to attend, all you do is click on the blue link and follow the on-screen instructions. It's easy!! There are also instructions on how to pre-register for certain activities (if necessary).
Moving forward, we will be adding more programs to this list as more online classes and activities are created, so please revisit this page periodically. As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions on any of our online efforts. If YOU have an idea for a new online program, or would like to see one of our "postponed" programs converted to an online format, please let us know by calling us at (212) 666-4000 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd love to hear from you!
