In partnership with T-Mobile, The City is investing $5 million to provide free tablets and internet service for 10,000 senior residents to help them remain connected with their loved ones. The City will also provide training for seniors on how to use these devices.

Seniors (62 years+) who live alone or with another senior only. Information on Tablets: The tablet comes with 12 months of free internet service and no obligation to continue service after that time. The senior keeps the device regardless. Older Adults Technology Services is contracted with the City to provide education, training, and support for seniors who would like to learn how to use their tablets, access services and resources, and engage in community activities online. Seniors are shipped tablets via UPS to their homes.
