
My Experience: Calling Symposium, and choosing the entree, main dishes and dessert and planning accordingly for the Supper Club was a new and exciting experience for me. I had a lot of fun making the plans with the restaurant and setting up the Tuttle Center, giving it a romantic touch with the dim lights, candles and the best of Beethoven classical music playing in the background. I had fun but most importantly the attendees had fun and gave me a round of applause for a job well done!
